Wood Filled

Over the last week, I have slowly been using wood filler to finish out the center leg. I found that the trick is to smear plenty on, and quickly scrape it off. The thin layer remaining will fill the smallest holes. Any larger holes should be filled first. Then I used a medium grit sand block to smooth it out, and finished the last layer with a small grit. The end product is very smooth and almost no blemishes. Once the sandable primer is applied a few times, the leg will be smooth as aluminum.

Tonight I also finished sanding all of my resin pieces. Now I just have to wash them.
