The Same 'Ol Song and Dance

The last few days have been much more of the same. Lots of painting, resin work, sanding, filling, priming, etc. Nothing really new or exciting, but all work that must be done.

I was hoping the aluminum skirt would arrive before I head back to Bloomington tomorrow, but someone at UPS must have it out for me.

I was able to take a break from building and moving to have fun with my other hobby, World War II collectibles. What better way to "feel the history" than to use some of the weapons of that time. Here is a selection of my allied firearms (Soviet rifles left in the closet). Starting from the top, the French MAS 36, the American M1 Garand, American 1903 Springfield and 1917 Eddystone, British Enfield marked "US PROPERTY" for Lend-Lease.
